I am looking for information about my gg grandmother Sarah Johnson who married Jacob or JB Swasey in 1852 in Clark Co. MO. They lived in MO and/or Farmington, Van Buren Co., Iowa for a while and then moved to Bourbon Co., KS about 1860. Sarah probably died sometime in the early 1870's as JB remarried a woman named "Sydney" and is found with her and her children and his son by Sarah in 1880 census. I have no information about Sarah's dates of death or place of burial. Jacob went on to live in CA and is buried there with other relatives. I would also like to know who Sydney was, as my family has no record of her or her three children with JB although I have found some of their descendents. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
