Votaw Colony Museum, Inc, [Named after Daniel Votaw] is searching for descendants of Kansas Governor John P. St.John, Ms. I. S. Haviland, and Ms. F. I. Comstock, who worked with the Freedman's Relief Association in the period between 1878 and 1882. VCMI wishes to posthumously honor these individuals through their descendants at an event in August 2007 in KCK.
