I am looking for information on Edward McLaughlin born in Mar
1837 in New Jersey. The 1850 census shows him living with the
White family in Ohio. He married Phoebe (born July 1845 in
Ohio) in 1869 - I am trying to confirm if they were married in
Kansas or Ohio. In the 1890 and the 1900 census they lived in
Wolf River in Doniphan county in Kansas. In the census they
had four children living with them - Wallace, Margaret, James,
and Thomas. I am interested in obtaining a marraige
certificate and a death certificate for both Edward and
Phoebe. Can you help?
