Simon Barnum, born Sigmund Bacharach, 21 May, 1842,Fellheim, Bavaria, came to Topeka around 1868. He had at least six children: Samuel, Benjamin, Salina, Estella, Isaac, and Alfred. Benjamin had children: Sylvan, Margaret, and Bertram. I would very much like to make contact with any living descendants of this family or anyone who has any information.
