So far, I have not rec'd any info on Bobby Becker or his family, so I'll add a few more facts and see if it helps. Bobbys mothers maiden name was Frances Dresie. Her brother was an attorney in Wichita and he had a son about Bobby's age.,also named Grey. I never met anyone from her side, however. The women in Bobby's family were active in the state fairs, but I don't know what their specialties were. The family had a Goddard address, but, they lived on a lg dairy and wheat farm within a mile of Schultes Corner, where we all hung out. Glenn and Anna Champ owned the pool hall, beer joint and restaurant at that time. Some of Bobby's friends were "Pete" Hahn,Lenny Wolke, Orrie Wolke, Geo and Lexi Landwehr, and in fact,I understand he married Aggie Wolke, Lenny and Orries sister just prior to his death. Aside from his 5 nephews, he also had a nephew named Alan Scott, who was Bonnies son.. Bonnie lived in California at the time we were dating. His sister Karen had a little baby girl and I think she was named Jamie. She and her husband lived in the little house next door to the family farmhouse. They were all Catholics an attended the Catholic church in Shulte. I believe Bobby was buried there at the church cemetary and undoubtably his family was too. I can't remember the name of the church, but I believe it was a also a school at least thru the elementry years. Bobby went to a Catholic high school as did his sisters and brother. We visited with Bobby several times in Wichita and Craig always stayed with Bobby. They loved each other, and Craig was so excited and proud when Bobby came to Rockford Il to visit him. They were usually in touch by telephone,also. There was a restaurant, I think called the Sunset farther on out on Hwy 54? that had a great Greek cook. I believe He died from a car wreck, after I left for Illinois. That news was very sad. My Craig looks very much like Bobby, and he is tall, green eyes and same color hair. He is sucessful at everything he endeavors, from mountain climbing, to fishing, has a great personality and sense of humor. His job, which at this time, he is a teacher at Boeing on the first "787" and is a SME, aka known as subject matter expert. I'm pretty proud of him.
