Hi I am looking for some old information on Phillip D Daugherty around 1917-1920 he was a farmer white male age 24 and has a old court record we have the case number and page number. We are wanting to know just what kind of trouble he got into to have a record on his background.If anyone could help me with this I would love to hear from you. Phillip Is my Mom's cousin.
