I am looking for information concerning Elvia L. Cisler and his wife Florence Ingram. Sometimes Elvia's name is listed as Elby L. or Elba L. Elvia served in the Spanish-American war. He was born in Ohio and lived in Iowa for a time with his father John and siblings. I believe he and Florence married in July 1910 in Ruleton, Sherman Co. Kansas. Elvia died in Dec 1929 in Goodland, Sherman Co. Kansas. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me.
