The hospital still exists, although somewhat differently. It is the Parsons State Hospital. It has housed mentally retarded for years. I don't know that the hospital was ever specifically for "epileptics" but back then, I think epileptics were categorized pretty much the same as mentally retarded. You can get old records from them, you have to sign a release of records just like for any other medical records. I don't know how far back they would have. If you call "information" ask for the "State Hospital" in Parsons and you'll get the number. Good luck. :)Micki
