I have read that pre 1904 death information/ certificates are not subject to the same privacy restrictions as those after 1904. I am wondering if there is someone who can access the death record for 1895 to check on birth and death information for:
Adeline (Carlier) Bazin; Hosey Hill Cemetery has her listed as 1831-1895 and I have not been able to find more details. She was born in Belgium and was married to Joseph Bazin who died in Illinois before his naturalization process was completed. They were the parents of Olufina who married Henry Wettstein, a Swiss immigrant coal miner who lived/worked in Illinois and Kansas. I really cannot afford to pay 13.00 for a death certificate that may only tell me: "Unknown" for parents and/or birth place. Is it possible for someone to check this information for me? It is not necessary for me to have a copy of certificate, only the information, if there is any. Thank you ahead of time for any help you can give; much appreciated. (Even if this information is filmed, it does me no good as I do not have a research library near me).
