I am still stuck researching this family who lived in Elk City. Henry and wife Caroline (1835) were from PA. Their children were: Ovid (1858), Charles (1860), Henry (1862), Eddie (1864) and Effie (1864). I believe ggf George Richard King (1855) came to Elk City with his uncle Frederick Sailly Palmer. George and Effie were married on 23 Jul 1882 and moved to Houghton SD. Caroline's father is Charles Savier Reno and Mother is Willi Ann Evans. Their genealogy can be found online.
