Oliver Perry Barnes was married to Acinith Luisa Fortner in March 1880 in Wilson County, KS. He was born in 1855 or 1856. He may have been born in IL.

I am looking for the name of his father.

One guess is that his father was Samuel Barnes and his mother was Elizabeth Reddebaugh.
