My ancestors were of the Koons family who came from OH. I am not sure about Issac, my grandfater was John W. Koonce, son of John S. Koons (Koonce), son of Jacob Koons. They were from Wayne Co. OH. I'm sure there's a relation and I have lots of info on the Kouns,Koons,Koonce family.
