Seeking information on the Brewer family in Rush County. My father, Charles Sylvester Brewer, lived in Rush County. He had three sons, J. Clay, George Carl,& Alca Clark (little Buck) and a daughter Thelma Wynetta. Charles was married to Lottie (Charlotte) Robinson at the time. Thelma passed away in 1919 (she was born in 1903) and was buried in McCracken City Cometary. J. Clay was born in 1901 and passed away in 1983 and is buried in the McCracken City Cemetary. His children by Lottie may have been born in McCracken. Charles Sylvester Brewer was a railroad Engineer for a time and then became a Teacher. He was teaching at the Pfeifer School, Union district #4, Freedom Township, Ellis County Kansas in 1914-15. He was later divorced from Lottie Robinson circa 1908. Any help would be great.
Sincerely, Wes Brewer
