In the Walnut Creek Friends Church MM, it says John William and Eliza Dixson were members of the church before 1885. Looking for Eliza Dixson's gravesite in Jewell Co. Ks.
John William Dixson moved to Norton Co. Ks. about 1900 with his family but there's no mention of Elizabeth and showed John as a widower.
My Aunt Sis(Lydia Figgins Wright)always drove her mother: Ruth (Dixson)Figgins to decorate a grave that was west of Burr Oak, Ks. about three or four miles and a mile or two south. What I remember, it was on the left side of a crooked road with a high bank and a creek, or deep ditch, running along the right side. Don't know the name of the cemetery or who's buried there.
