According to Vera Egan's mother Selma Sopia (Lawson) Austin July 14, 1933- " Some Kansas people from Dodge city came for Ruth Egan."- Her dad died in 1932, Selma says they were very nice people. "If Every thing works out all right it will be a good home for her. " She was the daughter of Willie (John William and Ada(Lamb) Egan.
