I am searching for Maud Avery (married name ALLEN) born in Independence, KS in 1870 or 1871. Also James M. and Spain Avery, her brothers. Maud is supposed to be buried in a cemetery in Independence, her date of death is April 22, 1897. James M. was a deputy US Marshal under Judge Parker in Fort Smith, AR.
