doing genealogical research on my ancestors LAMAR

ABSALOM LAMAR (born 1843) died 5-30-1924 in Chetopa, Labette Co., KS and is buried in Lockwood MO...
looking for descandents of him and his family...
My greatgrandfather was his son Pearl B. Lamar (Born 1881/1887) who was married to Carolyn Spain.

Would like to find an obit for Absalom...
and any info on Pearl ... have no idea where he went when he left Carolyn.
