Would like to know how to get information from Children's Home records. My mother was placed there in 1932. She was never legally adopted but was taken by a family that was friends of the adoptive parents of her siblings. My mother's name was Joyce Vivian Sagee she was about 4 years old, taken by Florence and Ray Ross of Sabetha, Kansas, her sister was Mary Frances Sagee adopted by Mr. & Mrs. Charles McKenney of Sabetha, and her brother Daniel Lee Sagee was adopted by Mr. & Mrs. Cecil Jones of Hanover, Kansas; his name was changed to Robert Jones.
