Found on 1860 Census near Columbia City, Burr Oak, Doniphan, KS, with sons, John F. age 15 and Marshal M. age 13. Also Henry is on 1870 Census in Washington Township, Doniphan, KS. Henry was a County Surveyor and apparently died about 26 Oct 1874 from Index to Probate file #326
