I believe my gr gr grandfather Jacob Brown died in Sheridan County Kansas on July 12, 1891. His wife was Mariam Breadsley Brown and after his death she moved to Fort Collins Colorado. I would appreciate any information that someone might have or be able to find in Sheridan Co., or where I can possibly find a newspaper with an obit. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Is their a historical society that perhaps for a fee could look up some information for me. I would like to know if there is a record of his death and where he might be buried. He may have been buried in GOVE county.
