Looking for any information on the parents and siblings of Richard Milligan, born abt 1846. His fathers names was James, born in Ireland, mother unknown. He had two older sisters, Elizabeth and a Mary J. All three children were living with other familys by the mid 1800's. Not sure why, Richard was living with the Thomas Guye family. Later Richard married a Ann Tyler and had 11 children, some of them moving to California, others staying in the Kansas area. thier names were, George, Ebenezer, Charles, John, Frank, David, Guy, Lizzie, Ellie and a daughter names Ollie.
