I am just starting out working on my family genealogy and am hoping to find anyone who knew of my grandfather, Everett C. CARROTHERS, b. 7-16-1898 in Sumner Co, KS, d. 1-29-1964 in Lyon Co, KS. He worked for Santa Fe Railroad from the early 1920s through 1964, primarily residing in Lyon Co, and used to layover in Arkansas City alot of the time especially in the later years. Any response would be appreciated.
