Hello fellow genealogists! I've been trying to find out more about my paternal grandmother, who's father's surname was Oppitz. She was supposedly born in Oakland, KS, - Jewell County around 1900.

Anyone out there know anything about this name Oppitz which I can never seem to find on any Gen site? Would appreciate it. Thanks. Debra
