Edmund and Martha Ann (ROBINSON) MCCLURE moved from McDonough Co. IL to Lyndon about Jan. 1872. After one year, they moved to a farm NE of Lyndon. Of ten children born, eight survived: James M. (m. Laura KING), Maggie A. (m. Elmer ROCK), Lewis E. (m. Emma), George Claude (m. Mary BAXTER), Carrie E. (m. John C. EVANS), Linnie May, Grace E., and Lucy E.
