I have been researching my gg grandfather for over a year, maybe someone in KS will know something. GG grandpa LUPOLD was born in 1858 (Belgium?) Married Rosetta STICKLER from Indiana. They had 7 children, Lillian, Wm. Elmer, Bessie Frances, Henry, Grace Anna, Laura (died as infant), Herbert, and Bertha Irene. LDS has nothing on my family. It is reported that his name was changed from Leopold to LUPOLD when he came to the US. He lived in Hiawatha till his death in 1930, and was buried at Mt. Hope.
