JAMES MILTON SHARP, born 21 Oct 1834 in Shelby, IN (Shelby county), died 20 Apr 1906 in Bloomington, NE (Franklin county), buried at Bloomington Cemetery. He married LYDIA ELLEN JAMES on 14 Nov 1875 in Taylor county, IA. Lydia was born 24 Sep 1853 in Morgan county, IL, died 14 Sep 1940 in Bloomington, NE (Franklin county). Children: Henry K, Sylvia, Clarence M, John Wallace, Galen, Edna, Maude B, Elsie L, & Willard.

SYLVIA SHARP, born 30 Sep 1878 in Brown county, KS, died 22 Sep 1952 in Vernon, KS, buried in Yates Center, KS (Woodson county). She married ANDREW JACKSON SMITH on 20 Jun 1897. Andrew Jackson was the son of WILLIAM IVAN SMITH & PRISCELLA JANE BLACK, born 20 Mar 1870 in Lacon, IL (Marshall county), died 25 Dec 1948 in Vernon, KS, buried in Yates Center, KS (Woodson county). Children: Clark, Laura Fern (died at age 1), William Ivan, Fredrick Earl, Lydia Ellen & Alice Pauline.
