S.W. CHASE was b. 1841 in Jennings Co., IN. He came to Cowley Co., KS in 1872. He served a warden of the KS State Penitentiary in Winfield 1893-1894. He died in Winfield 1/14/1923. Any information about him and his family will be appreciated,
