I am looking for a Hattie NORTH and her family Charles H. & Melissee (WAGNER) NORTH. Her obit list her being born 19 Mar 1874 in Lovett Co., KS (since there is on Lovett Co., I'm assuming that it it Labette Co.)

Charles and Melissee could have been married in Morgan Co., IL in 1872, and Charles is listed as serving in Co. D; 12th Kansas Infantry and might have enlisted with relative William H. NORTH in Franklin Co., KS. Charles died in Pike Co., MO and is buried there. That is where Hattie married William M. ALLISON and they had 4 children.
Melissee on the other had move to Crawford Co., AR with a son George, after her death in 1944 he moved back to Pike Co., MO and lived near one of Hattie's daughters (my grandmother; Cora Bell ALLISON).

It is rumored that Hattie was of Osage decent, so it could be that she might have been adopted or that Charles was married before??? Lots of questions and suppositions and not many answers (that's what I'm hopping for!!)

Thank for any and all help you might be able to provide, and also any direction you might be able to provide.
