George W. Cady (16 Sep 1837 - 9 Sep 1913) came to Douglas County after serving in the Civil War. He married Ada Zimmerman (27 May 1854 - 22 Sep 1944) and started farming outside of Lawrence. I have some ancestors and descendants. Would be happy to share what I have. GW's children were Lemna May (Lena Mae), Fanny Alberta and George Waterman Jr.
