My father, Mason Henry Owens, and his first wife Florence Poteet were living in Kansas when their first son, Henry Earl Owens was born June 21, 1901. They lived in Kansas about 2 years and returned to Kentucky. I am trying to find exactly where Henry was born.
I have a couple of old post cards one written be a Myrtle Largent of Florence, Kan. and the other by a Dalpha ? of Matfield Green, Kan. They were written in 1908 and 1909. Could these be relatives?
Other names in Kan. could be Goad, Arnold or Franklin.
Any help would be appreciated.
