My mother is Florence Francisco, formerly Florence Mable DeCow. She was raised by her grandparents in Labette County. Her father was Clyde DeCow and her real mother died when she was a few months old. Her sisters were Dorothy, Mildred and a brother Ralph who is still living in Altamont and step brothers Virgil in Wichita and Maurice in Salt Lake.
