I'm looking for the descendants of the Jeffrey Croke ( possibly spelled Croak) Bridget Jenkins Family. They originated in Tipperary Ireland, arrived in New York where there first 3-4 children were born. Moved to Green Co. Wi. near Albany. They had 9 children. After daughter, Mary married John Dooley, who remained in Wisconsin in the Green and Rock Co. areas, the rest of the family resettled in Beloit Kansas. Children: William 1848 married ?Brannigan and had 9 children; Richard - 1850, married Mary Flaherty and had 1 child; Josephine 1854 married John O'Neill and had 3 children. Edwaed, 1857; Elizabeth - 1860; John, 1862;
Thomas 1864; Anne- 1866.
I am a descendent of Mary Croke Dooley and live in Wis. I would dearly love to know what happened to Jeffrey's family. I do know that some of William's children did enter the religious life as priest, brother, and/or sisters in the Catholic faith.
