Harriett (Hattie) Dorothy STANFORD, my great-grand aunt, was born in Blue Rapids 30 Nov 1880 to William B. STANFORD and Barbara HADDORF, both born in New York City. Harriett's younger sister, Mamie STANFORD, was my great-grandmother. She was born in Kansas, unknown location, between June 1885 & June 1886. Mamie may have had a different mother. Fred STANFORD may also have been a sibling. By 1903, William, Hattie (Mrs. MARCY), and Mamie were in San Diego County, CA. Mamie STANFORD married John Ezra MYERLY of Jewell Co. (Mankato/Burr Oak) KS in 1903 in San Diego. I do not know if the families knew each other in Kansas or if they met in San Diego. I'd love any info on William B. STANFORD, Barbara HADDORF, Mamie STANFORD, or any relatives.
