1900 Ks Census shows George W. Spencer b. 8/1867 in Ill. Father born in PA and mother in IL. Apparently married twice: son William, b. 6/1881 in KS by first wife. Married second wife ca 1888, named Rosa Oleta (Ollie)Vancuren (or alternate spelling). First child, Beulah, b. 8/1999 in KS. Possibly has connections in Nemaha, Doniphan, or Sedgwick Counties. All help appreciated.
