I have family information that my grandfather, William Howard Blakeley was born in Brown, KA between 1873-1875. Birth records were not recorded back then. Would there be another place that I could search for this family?

His first wife, Iva Lulu Alexander was born in Victoria, KA. Any advice as to where to look would be greatly appreciated.
