First let me extend my condolences to you for your loss. I can't imagine how that must be.

I might be able to help you find information about this crime. The Daily Union (1-785-762-5000), our local newspaper keeps editions of all publications in a vault at the Daily Union which can be accessed. Your best bet is to contact GAIL PARSONS parsons100@yahoo.com.
Mrs. Parsons is a reporter for the Union and I have spoken with her about this query. She said to let you know that you are welcome to contact her via email and she will put you in touch for the information you seek.

Another option might be to contact the Dorothy Bramlage Library in Junction City 1-785-238-4311. They keep newspapers on micro-fiche and might, for a fee, copy the articles and info and send it to you if you can not get to Junction City, Kansas.
