Ruth Marcene Kinzie was adopted by Joel Kinzie and Nellie (Dagget) Kinzie who were married in Velville, KS. She lived in Moline, KS, during her youth. Ruth has two birth dates 1-2-1914 or 1-2-1913. The second date was used by the Church of the Bretheren, and the 1914 date of birth is what she has used all her life. She beleives that her biological parents are named Alex Jones and Ruby Baker. Ruth is my grandmother, and has always wondered who her biological parents were. Any help or advice in how to pursue the validity of this information, would be appreciated.
