My GG grandfather LUTHER CLACK married POLLY AMIS, dau. of ROBERT and NANCY BOLING AMIS. Robert died in Webster township, Smith Co. in 1904.

Robert had 4 children: Polly, Hannah, William and Woolery.

HANNAH AMIS married another Amis, SAMUEL LOCKE AMIS and lived in Smith Co. Their children included: Edna, John, George and Florence.
