Martha Susan Adams born in McDonough County,Illinois,married James Woodford Armstrong in Bushnell,McDonough County,Illinois in 1879. James was born in 1855 near Assumtion,Christian County,Illinois. James and Martha moved to Atlanta,Cowley County,Kansas in 1884. James died in 1901 and is buried in Atlanta,Kansas. He was only 46 years of age when he died,so maybe Martha had remarried. They had a son and a daughter.Would like to know their names and spouses,etc. Martha is the daughter of Robert Adams of Mercer County,kentucky and Caroline Garrison of Hawkins County,Tennessee.
