Looking for information on Mabel L J LESLIE, born Abt 1879 in Missouri. She married Arnold Bonifield STEWART in Lawrence on April 6, 1895. Arnold died in Brown County, Kansas in Feb 13, 1907. His obituary said the funeral was attended by his wife's mother and sister from Lecompton. Can find no record of Mabel "May" or the children after his death. Expect they moved back to Douglas County to be with family and she remarried. May was possibly the daughter of L & FR LESLIE. Possible name of one of the children is Jennie, born about May 1898.
