I believe that my great-uncle, Platt Welch Upshaw, was born in Dickinson County, possibly at Enterprise, 15 July 1871. I
believe my great grandparents, Thomas J. Upshaw and Margaret Upshaw lived at Enterprise 1869-1873. Does anyone have any supporting information? Please respond directly to me at bobinoup@aol.com Thank you!
