Anna Sophia Pettersson and her sister, Emma Mathilda Pettersson, left Goteborg, Sweden, on October 10, 1871 possibly headed for Topeka, Kansas. They might have used their father's soldier name, Rapp. It is possible that Anna married a Lindstrom. We know the family in Sweden but are wondering if Anna and Emma had children and grandchildren--they would be our relatives.
