Peter MAROLF born CA 1790 in Switzerland. He first shows up in the 1856 Moscow Township, Muscatine County, IO. By the 1860 Census he was in Doniphan County, KS. He died in Buchanan County, MO in 1872. His son, Benedict MAROLF b. CA 1821 married Anna ROTHE and he died CA 1870 in Doniphan County, KS. His son, Charles Albert born 22 Oct 1854 in Muscatine Co., IO and married Anna Franie ENGEMAN 13 Dec 1881 in Doniphan County, KS, (these are my great grand parents)
