Hello Washington Co. KS. I am Wes Durst, born in Barnes, KS. My grandfather Wesley spent almost his entire life in the Morrowville area. I am trying to find information about Enosdale, KS and the Friends Church. I have been told that my GGrandfather, the Rev. S. A. Fitzsimmons was very active in that church shortly after moving to the area. He lived on a farm just south of Enosdale where several of his children were born. He later moved to Hollenburg where he died in 1926. His wife was Eva Bryan Fitzsimmons who died in 1945 in Hollenburg KS. Her service were conducted by a Enosdale Friends church minister. Any information about the history of Enosdale or any of my family members would be greatly appreciated.
