I am looking for my grandparents and great-grandparents.

My grandfather was born in Cowley County, Arkansas City, Ks on or about Oct 31, 1895 or 1897.

His name is Wilmer Chester Osborne. His fathers name is unknown, mothers name is Fannie whitaker.

According to the 1920 Census for Cowley County Ks, he was 23 yrs of age and married, it shows his father is from KY and his mother from Mo.

If anyone knows anything of this family, I would greatly appreciated any info you can send my way..
