I visited the Russell Co. Court House in Russell, KS in May & got copies of marriage records there. They also had me go across the street to the Russell Co. Historical Society & they had all kinds of file cards full of data on both of my Kansas family lines, including cards with references to specific newspapers & which people the articles were about & the locations of the articles in the issues. All my copies were just 25 cents each.
