Thomas Hopkins Wolf and his family traveled by train 5 days and 5 nights to meet relatives at Antelope Station, in the winter of 1883. Thomas Hopkins Wolf and Clarrisa OHAIR WOLF left their son Henry WOLF who was about 16 at the time to help out. Henry Wolf returned to Burnet Cty, Texas about 1885. This was a very important trip- it was costly and the family from Texas was not prepared for the cold or the snow they encountered. I figure the relatives could have lived in one of the surrounding counties- not necessarily in Marion Cty. Their relatives could have come from Chase Cty, Saline Cty, or McPherson Cty, Kansas.
