In my g gf Civil War Pension Papers, there is an affidavit from James R. Wilkinson. Is this the son of James Wilkinson and Mary Magdalena Wikle/Wikel?? James states that he was formally of Darke Co. OH and a private of Co. "C: 11th OH Inf. and Sargent of Co. "K" Oh Inf. He further states that he and my g gf, Henry McNutt were raised as boys together. Would welcome any info about James R.
