I am researching WaKenney and Trego County in search of my great grandfather Joseph Phillips and his wife Flora who show up in the 1880 census in Trego County. Because he was an attorney, and perhaps the Trego County attorney in 1979, I think there may be information available about him, but I'm at a loss where to look.
