I am looking for information on Jacob Nichols, b. 1803, MA, and his family who lived in Oxford Township, Johnson County, KS, according to the 1870 and 1880 Census. I imagine he died soon after the 1880 census. Family members include his wife, Cynthia, born in 1834,OH; daughter, Alice Jane, born in November, 1864, KS; daughter Laura M, born about 1873, KS; son, Andrew C., born about 1876, KS. Alice Jane was married in Springhill Township, 10/2/1884, to James M. Frame. Any assistance or information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
